Sentiment · Interesting to see Elon interacting with finance X accounts. Amplifying $CRWV financing concerns, Chinese memory flooding, to AI investors being gamblers recently. With $SPCX and $TSLA, Elon is a visionary but amplifying concerns about competitors makes their financing more difficult as a self-fulfilling prophecy. Multiple posts about Chinese memory flooding after calling Samsung/SK Hynix pricing extortion harms these supplier valuations. Economic incentives probably benefit Tesla/SpaceX more in the long run even if everything goes down together. Merit to concerns about Coreweave debt interest + rate hikes. Nuances of "No crying in a Casino" when $AVGO CEO comments were regarding OpenAI ARR datapoints were missed. Can throw rocks at others when a glass house is propped up by passive index flows.

Elon commenting yikes because $CRWV is primary competitor to $SPCX. Truth: vast majority of $CRWV capital structure is secured contract-backed facilities priced off offtake quality and GPU collateral. Only ~10% unsecured that might trade at 15%. Basis not tagged · T-Mobile CTO in new post on @SpaceX acquiring nationwide low-band spectrum to help turn Starlink into a major U.S. mobile carrier: "Some are calling it the "last critical piece" needed to compete with the national wireless carriers. I can tell you there's a big difference between owning spectrum and delivering a great mobile experience to millions of customers. A few things worth keeping in perspective: 1) Spectrum is just the starting point. The Grain transaction involves approximately 14 MHz of spectrum that T-Mobile previously divested because it was no longer central to our network strategy. Even with this acquisition, @Starlink Mobile would have roughly 80 MHz of spectrum, some of it uplink-only. Compare that to T-Mobile's nearly 400 MHz of mid-band and low-band spectrum holdings. We used 800 MHz spectrum as a single 5 MHz uplink/5 MHz downlink channel for LTE years ago. Today, we're operating a nationwide 5G Standalone network, launched nationwide 5G-Advanced, and are already helping shape the path to 6G, all using channels that are much wider. The industry has moved forward and so have the expectations of customers. 2) Physics still applies. A satellite hundreds of kilometers above Earth faces approximately 50 dB more path loss than a terrestrial cell site just a kilometer away. Moving from 2 GHz to 800 MHz recovers only a few dB of that enormous disadvantage. Lower-frequency spectrum can help improve satellite connectivity, but it doesn't change the fundamen

ATTENTION WILL ALWAYS FOLLOW CEOS THAT HAVE A GREAT PRODUCT AND KNOW HOW TO BRAND THEMSELVES Here is a perfect example: In 2025, when @teslamotors stock dropped due to @elonmusk contovery. I encouraged people to look beyond the headlines and focus on opportunities to build wealth for themselves and their families. Fast forward to my interview with @tmztv yesterday discussing how Elon Musk is changing the world. People forgot about that controvesy and everyone is talking about his new tesla roadster. Thats billions upon billions of free media, press and advertising for  his company. And that makes everyone in his company and share holders all the way down to hard working person holding his stock in their 401k for retirement. I also hold both Tesla and SpaceX. And he just recently made me feel more confident about the companies future But more importantly. This is why I created Ceo Access. It’s about the power of leadership and personal branding. Steve jobs mastered this kind of excitement annually at his @apple launches. Warren buffet does it annually at Berkshire Hathaway and the list goes on to the CEOs we know as household names Let’s me clear that the product must be great in the first place. But what separates good companies from extraordinary ones is often Leadership is who people recognize, understand, and trust. Steve Jobs wasn’t loved by everyone. Neither is Elon Musk. But you don’t have to agree with everything a CEO says to believe in the company the

$SPCX Starlink Mobile is projected to reach ~$65B in revenue by 2031 with just 8% of global mobile market implying an ~$800B opportunity that goes far beyond rural satellite coverage. Starship is a huge part of that because each V2 Mobile launch could support ~60x more users than Falcon 9 carrying V1 satellites, allowing SpaceX to scale its network and revenue much faster. And I think this only reinforces how early we're in the $ASTS opportunity because its carrier partnerships already provide access to ~3B potential subscribers in a market large enough for both companies to build massive connectivity businesses.

Trying out the new Meta glasses from Thailand. Today’s topic is the Tesla flying car. I look at it from multiple perspectives. From just permitting, there’s a lot of challenges. What’s so interesting about it, the technology itself is getting there and I think for metropolitan areas it’s gonna be very difficult. For long-haul traffic it could be very cool. Or in rural areas, even better, flying around in your car. I love the idea. From a perspective of investing, here’s what I think is going to happen. I think there’s no question that Tesla’s going to merge with SpaceX because that technology is coming together like this. So if you own Tesla stock, you’re going to own New Co. If you already own SpaceX, hang in. You’re going to own Tesla. It’s going to happen that way. #shotonmeta #metaglasses

Adding to $ASTS during drawdown as rising yields do not change how early we are in building a larger space economy with satellites as another layer of global telecom infrastructure. AST has carrier partnerships accessing ~3B potential subscribers who prefer an alternative to $SPCX Starlink for direct-to-phone. Challenge is scaling to ~45 satellites and converting to paying users, but ~70% drawdown already reflects production and launch risk in valuation.

I've been adding to my $ASTS position during this drawdown because rising yields don't change how early we are in building a much larger space economy where satellites become another layer of global telecom infrastructure. AST already has carrier partnerships giving it access to ~3B potential subscribers and those carriers have every reason to support an alternative to Starlink rather than depend entirely on $SPCX for direct-to-phone connectivity. The biggest challenge now is scaling to ~45 satellites and turning those partnerships into paying users but with the stock already in a ~70% drawdown I do think a lot of that production and launch risk is being reflected in valuation.

$TSLA unveiled revamped Roadster at SpaceX facility using $SPCX thruster and suction tech to fly short distances, with 0-60 under 1 second. Estimate 2029 financial impact roughly $.06/share or 1.1% incremental to $5.40 consensus adj EPS assuming 3,000 deliveries/year and $100K unit profit. Halo effect on franchise more important. $TSLA unveiled its long-awaited revamped Roadster EV last night before an invitation only audience at the SpaceX facility in McGregor TX. The car, which leverages $SPCX thruster and suction technology to fly short distances, will offer promised acceleration from 0-60 in under 1 second, making it the fastest production car in the world. While amazing from an engineering and technology standpoint, we estimate the 2029 financial impact assuming 3,000 deliveries per year and a $100K unit profit per car, will be roughly $.06/share, or 1.1% incremental to 2029 consensus adj eps of $5.40. More important is likely to be the halo effect on the Tesla franchise and brand impact created by the prototype's flight capabilities, acceleration and handling which could add far more incremental value from a franchise standpoint. We remain cautious on $TSLA given its extreme valuation (2026 P/E of 230x vs +45% long-term esp growth), negative 2027-2030 earnings revisions, and our view that unsupervised autonomy, the stock’s main value driver, will become increasingly commoditized over the next few years as full self-driving becomes table stakes for remaining in the automobile business. https://www.youtube.com/live/qt5p-_tE8d0?si=uniCV54KsS4Kfgvc

The Roadster event is the latest example of why Elon can’t wait to bring $TSLA and $SPCX together. Elon says the new Roadster is a mashup of the two tech teams. $SPCX is valued at ~$2T versus ~$35B for $RKLB which is ~60x higher despite generating only ~25x revenue with Rocket Lab trading at less than half sales multiple while still growing 62%. I totally understand how SpaceX deserves a premium for Starlink, AI and its launch dominance but Rocket Lab already has a Space Systems business selling satellites and components across the industry which I think the market is absolutely underappreciating. And if Neutron starts flying in 2027 then Rocket Lab becomes an even stronger alternative for both launch and spacecraft which is why I think valuation gap could narrow significantly as execution catches up.

Bernie Sanders says the top 1% owns more than the bottom 93%, that fewer than a thousand billionaires got $2.2 trillion richer last year, and that it's "obscene." It's the most seductive and most wrong economic argument of our time. Let me explain why. First, wealth distribution follows a power law. Always. Everywhere. Books, music, startups, followers on X, goals in soccer. A small minority captures most of the value. That's not a bug of capitalism. It's the mathematical signature of every system where value gets created. So the only question that matters isn't "how big is the rich's slice?" It's "is the cake growing, and is the slice of the poorest growing with it?" And the answer is yes. In 1990, more than one human in three lived in extreme poverty. Today it's about one in ten. During exactly the period when billionaires multiplied. Bernie shows you the slice. He never shows you the cake. Second thing he won't tell you: past a certain level, wealth stops being consumption. It becomes capital allocation. Elon Musk isn't sleeping on a pile of cash. He owns stakes in Tesla, SpaceX, xAI. Jeff Bezos owns Amazon stock. That "$2.2 trillion" isn't sitting in a checking account. It's factories, rockets, data centers, millions of jobs. Nobody can eat $100 billion. You can only decide where to invest it. Once you understand that, the whole debate changes. The real question becomes: who allocates capital better? The people who built Amazon, SpaceX and Nvidia? Or politicians?

Ep 209 of Facts vs Feelings is here! The bull market turned four this week 🎂 @sonusvarghese and I dig into what's driving it and where the stress is building 📈 The S&P 500 is up about 118% since October 2022, or 131% with dividends. Every bull market in the last 50 years that reached its third birthday went on to see a fifth. 💰 Profit growth accounts for roughly 85 points of the gain, about 40 of them from margin expansion. This year the forward P/E fell from about 22x to 19.5x as Treasury yields climbed, and earnings growth more than offset it. 💳 CCC spreads are near 900 bps. High yield overall is flat, and rate-hedged high yield and loans are beating cash. Ryan and Sonu see a duration problem from rising yields. 🏦 Hyperscaler bonds went from 1-2% of net new Treasury borrowing to about 14% in a year. SpaceX raised roughly $150B in four months, and its five-year CDS hit a record 200 bps. 🤖 Billions in AI compute contracts start billing between 2027 and 2029. Sonu flags 2027 and 2028 as the potential reckoning for the AI capex cycle. Neutron slipping into 2027 is obviously disappointing but I would much rather $RKLB lose several months fixing a known manufacturing issue than protect a launch date and increase the risk of losing the vehicle. The details are also much more reassuring than headline because Rocket Lab says problem came from tiny voids forming inside thicker sections of carbon composite dome after redesigning the structure to eliminate joints which makes this look much more like a manufacturing process issue than evidence that underlying Neutron architecture is flawed. I will say that Rocket Lab isn't giving a new launch date until stage one testing finishes in Q1 so realistically I think first flight moves into middle of 2027 and potentially later so that obviously pushes out the biggest near term catalyst but the important distinction is that Rocket Lab doesn't need Neutron revenue tomorrow to survive because Space Systems already represents ~80% of revenue while the company has built a record backlog around $2.4B across satellites, components, spacecraft and government programs. Thats also why I think market and long term investors are going to view this very differently because if your thesis was Neutron launching in Q4 and creating a near term rerating then a several month delay matters a lot but if your thesis is that Rocket Lab can become one of only scaled vertically integrated space infrastructure companies outside $SPCX then a manufacturing delay matters much less as long as engi

@RedDogT3 urges caution this week: $SPY is near all-time highs but breadth is weak (the average momentum stock is down about 55% YTD and the average S&P 500 stock about 17%), semis and memory are breaking down ($MU below its 8- and 21-day, $SNDK below its 50-day, $WDC below its 200-day), $GS remains technically damaged, and $JPM sits near its 200-day around $325 ahead of earnings, PPI and CPI. He says $SPY stays constructive above $773 to $775 with a breakout possible above $779 and $781, and $QQQ's inverted head-and-shoulders holds above $743. He likes $META if $711 holds, with a move above $729 opening a retest of $779 and @RedDogT3 seeing $850+ by year-end if it clears $779 (he trades $METU, which needs to clear $30.74), and is watching $SPCX hold $160 for a breakout through $167 to $167.50 and $TSLA hold $379 for a breakout above $388.

📺 THE STOCK MARKET IS HIDING SOMETHING – BE CAUTIOUS THIS WEEK + BANK EARNINGS + SEMIS FLASH WARNING SIGNS + $META BULLISH REVERSAL SETUP + $SPCX & $TSLA UPDATES $SPY is hovering near all-time highs, but beneath the surface, the market is telling a very different story. The average momentum stock is down roughly 55% YTD, while the average S&P 500 constituent has declined approximately 17%. Market breadth remains weak, semiconductor leadership is deteriorating, and the divergence between the major indices and individual stocks is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore. Still, the market hasn't confirmed a breakdown. With $JPM and $GS earnings approaching alongside PPI and CPI inflation data, this could be a pivotal week. * Despite recent volatility, $SPY remains constructive as long as it holds the $773–$775 support zone, which aligns with Friday's low and the 8-day moving average. A move above $779 and $781 could open the door to another upside breakout. Losing support would raise concerns about a deeper correction. $QQQ has been sloppier than SPY, but its inverted head-and-shoulders formation remains valid above $743. Holding above $748 would support the bullish consolidation scenario. A break below $743 would suggest a failed breakout. * Bank earnings could set the tone this week. $JPM is approaching earnings near its 200-day moving average around $325. With expectations reduced following the selloff, better-than-feared results could spark a relief rally. $

Deutsche Bank upgraded $ASTS to Buy with a $93 price target calling Friday’s 10% selloff “misguided” as $SPCX moves closer to competing directly with mobile carriers. What stands out is Deutsche values AST’s Ligado spectrum rights at ~$19B against a $23B enterprise value implying rest of the business is worth just ~$4B. That leaves a ton of upside if AST secures up to $1B in Japan funding, expands its government business and benefits from carriers moving closer to AST as SpaceX becomes a direct competitor.

T-Mobile CTO in new post on @SpaceX acquiring nationwide low-band spectrum to help turn Starlink into a major U.S. mobile carrier: "Some are calling it the "last critical piece" needed to compete with the national wireless carriers.

$ASTS now officially trades under 10x 2028 price to sales while $SPCX is moving to acquire nationwide low band spectrum that AST had also been pursuing. What makes this interesting is SpaceX is validating how scarce D2D spectrum really is while AST already holds long term access to lower mid-band through Ligado. I think folks are too focused on AST losing a potential spectrum deal rather than what its existing spectrum rights could be worth as SpaceX pushes deeper into market. That’s why I still don't think this is a zero sum market and I added more to my position today because I believe there is room for both to win. Time will tell.

📺 IS TODAY'S REBOUND A TRAP? MOMENTUM REMAINS FRAGILE + $SPY TESTS ITS 8-DAY & $QQQ FILLS ITS GAP + DON’T CHASE $SPCX + $MU, $SNDK & $WDC FLASH WARNING SIGNS After yesterday's aggressive tech selloff, triggered by concerns surrounding OpenAI's revenue miss, stocks are bouncing back in today's premarket. But this is not an environment to aggressively chase strength. The major indices are holding up relatively well, while many individual momentum stocks continue to suffer significant technical damage. * The recent pullback in $SPY looks relatively normal after an extended advance toward $781. #SPY tested its 8-day moving average, shook out aggressive momentum traders, and held important support around $770. Now trading near $776.72 in the premarket, it faces immediate resistance at yesterday's $777 high and the $779 area. I doubt SPY can push decisively above that zone today. It could offer a tactical opportunity to reestablish some short exposure. * Similar story in $QQQ. After a strong multi-day rally that left the Nasdaq extended above its 8-day moving average, profit-taking was overdue. Yesterday's selloff brought #QQQ back toward that average, filled the previously identified gap near $743, and tested an important neckline. The action was sloppy, but the broader technical structure hasn't necessarily broken down. Here's how I think about using SI (vs AI): AI has become the umbrella term for nearly everything happening in tech today. That term caught on first. But when you consider what companies like Tesla and SpaceX are ultimately trying to achieve, I think "super intelligence" (SI) is a more accurate description of their ambitions. At first I thought SI was a silly term to use over AI, but after thinking about it, Tesla and SpaceX are trying to create a real super intelligence, and less so an "artificial intelligence." Think about how we describe someone who's exceptionally smart. We say they're "super intelligent." Nobody says they're "artificially intelligent." SI would have been a better term from the beginning. A lot of people will probably still call it AI, but Optimus is not going to be artificially intelligent, it's going to have super intelligence. It'll take some getting used to lol

A TON OF THINGS HAPPENED IN THE STOCK MARKET TODAY. Here's a full recap: 1. OpenAI told investors its annualized revenue was approaching $50B at the end of September, according to the Financial Times, below the roughly $70B figure that had been widely reported last month. The discrepancy reportedly reflects differences in accounting methods, with Anthropic including revenue generated through cloud partners such as AWS and Google Cloud, while OpenAI does not. Investors had attempted to adjust OpenAI’s figures to make them comparable with Anthropic’s, contributing to the higher estimate. The report weighed on AI infrastructure sentiment, with several semiconductor stocks falling roughly 5–7% as investors reassessed near-term AI spending expectations. OpenAI declined to comment. 2. The September FOMC meeting minutes showed that most Federal Reserve officials expect another interest rate hike by year-end, reinforcing the central bank’s higher-for-longer stance. All 19 Fed officials supported the September rate hike, reflecting unanimous concern that inflation remains above target. The minutes also said almost all policymakers believe inflation risks remain tilted to the upside, with several officials warning that the accelerating AI investment boom could increase demand faster than supply, adding to inflationary pressures. 3. 📺 A HEALTHY PULLBACK OR SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS? + $TLT THE BIGGEST MACRO PROBLEM + $NVDA NEED TO HOLD 8-DAY + $TSLA IS BUILDING A BULLISH PATTERN + $AMZN / $GOOGL / $SPCX UPDATES The market is getting increasingly complicated. After a strong four-day rally, $SPY and $QQQ became extended and are now pulling back toward their 8-day moving averages. That's not necessarily bearish. A healthy reset would be constructive, but the combination of higher rates, rising oil, and systematic selling is making things sloppier. * The real concern is what's happening beneath the surface. The average momentum stock is estimated to be down 50%–60%, while the average S&P 500 stock is down 17%–18%. More stocks are breaking down, and Big Tech is increasingly carrying the indices. $SPY broke its previous low at $773.61, bringing the 8-day MA into focus. $QQQ is also showing signs of exhaustion, with a potential island-top formation. Elon Musk said in August that SpaceX had “decided to build exclusively on NVIDIA,” specifically highlighting the company's Vera Rubin architecture as SpaceX accelerates investment in AI compute and data center infrastructure. 2. AMD $AMD CEO Lisa Su said AI compute demand continues to outpace supply and expects strong demand to persist for the next several years, with AMD planning to substantially increase supply in 2027. Su said AMD has already expanded supply this year but “could definitely use more,” thanking TSMC for bringing additional manufacturing capacity online while noting that memory remains broadly supply constrained. She added that AMD is working closely with memory suppliers and customers to ensure capacity ramps in sync while keeping its current business model unchanged. Su also described Taiwan as “very critical” to AMD, saying the company plans to increase its investment there while continuing to explore new packaging technologies. 3. Uber $UBER is acquiring ezCater for $2.3B in cash, expanding Uber Eats into the workplace catering market. ezCater has more than 140,000 restaurant partners

GOOD MORNING. Bond Yields are down. Oil hit a 2-week low. Nvidia is at an all time high. The S&P just passed an time high in the pre-markets after adding $500B of marketcap yesterday and now being worth over $70T of marketcap in total. This is all happening in the midst of some of the worst breadth underneath the index with most sectors like financials and consumer discretionary not really participating. Even many semiconductor names, like the memory stocks, are not fully participating or back to their ATHs. Tech is the story, particularly large cap tech like $TSM $NVDA $META $GOOGL $SPCX $AMD $AVGO $MSFT, and we are seeing those names bring the index to record highs. If we are seeing these levels on the index with Oil still up massively on the year and Yields still at the highest in 3 years, the question becomes if the market has this wrong and this is a bull trap or if the market is front-running the inevitable decline in yields and oil, which would also imply the chances for a Fed hike will come down substantially. If it is the latter, things can get really, really fun.
